Awesome Day At Viddora!
The experience was simply awesome being at Vidorra . Feeling of partying at the top of the city is something else. We were there for the food bloggers meet hosted by sir Rakesh Dawani. A big thanx to theIndori Zayka for giving all of us this great opportunity.
Now coming to the lunch part, that was really spectacular. Everything was so perfect and its best. From ambience to food and its presentation deserve 7 star.
All the cuisines were outstanding and delicious. I will review here some of my favourite cuisines of that day. As I am pure vegetarian so I will review only veg cuisines
1. Sop Malay Veg Soup
A diet is incomplete without a soup and who don’t like the yummy yummy hot hot soup? This soup is definitely a scrumptious option. Looks real nice and tastes ever better, this one is a recommended one. The assorted veg cubes are totally fresh with rice noodles in it. Delight for soup lovers.
2. Cottage Cheese And Pineapple Salad
Yummylicious. The dressing of this salad was savory and ingredients were fresh. As I am a cheese lover, i just can’t keep my spoon out of the salad bowl. In short fresh, vibrant and delicious.
3. Falafel (Lebanese Cuisine)
It’s one of the best in the city. Falafel was hot and crispy, and there’s a good amount of veggies it. The falafels were deep fried to perfection, they get them pretty dark and crisp on the outside. The hummus sauce was so creamy and yummy, it definitely hit the spot.
4. Crispy Lettuce Wrap (Burmish Cuisine)
You will love these! The delicious filling of chestnut, corn and mushroom was wrapped in a large piece of crispy lettuce. It was like nothing I have ever tried and very delicious. It was honestly lip smacking and must recommended one.
5. Cheese Onion Chili Seek Kabab (Mughlai Cuisine)
Juicy seek, hot and crispy, yet soft kabab. An amazing combo of minced cheese, onion and green chili cocked in charcoal. What more do you need? The kabab was tender and flavoursome. Treat for cheese lovers! Must Try.
6.Hara Pyaaz Ka Paneer Tikka (Haryana Cuisine)
Amazing stuff! The paneer tikka was lip smackingly delicious. The mins green chilli gave the paneer pretty texture and flavor. A medley of super soft Paneer, stuffed in mins green chilli was an absolute winner. It stands well beside any Indian dish. After eating this, your love for paneer will continue for ever ever and ever.
7. Bhuna Paneer -E-Kozambo (Kerela Cuisine)
I am an absolute lover of Kerala food, their life style, culture and have a big bunch of best buddies from the literate state. Kerala, popularly known as the ” Land of Spices” has many vegetarian delicacies to offer. Bhuna Paneer-E-Kozambo was really outstanding. Try it with garlic naan.
So, my stomach was really full after eating all these but I kept some place for the desserts and mocktails as they were my favourite part of the meal.
Coconut Pan Cake
Hot Chocolate Roll With Vanilla Icecream
Desserts like coconut pan cake and hot chocolate roll with vanilla icecream won my heart.
I was like wow after seeing them and was speechless after testing them.
And as far as Mocktails are considered they were awesomely awesome!
From creamy pie mocktail to purple rain or raspberry bull, all were so refreshing and the meet ended happily with pan shots.
