Food Bloggers Meet at Vidorra
First of all, I would like to throw some light on what is Food Bloggers Meet, what it is aboutand why so.
FOOD BLOGGERS MEET
It’s a get together of selected food bloggers where they eat, sit, review, repeat. It was also the longest and biggest lunch I and most of the other bloggers might have had.
What It Is About
Well basically it is to find and encourage people who blog about food in Indore. To give them a platform, to give them exposure and opportunities.
Why So
To make Indore the Food Capital of not only India but the World which is a Dream of theFounder of IndoriZayka and also the organizer of Food Bloggers Meet.
Second of all, The PlaceVidorra
A rooftop restaurant with soothing ambiance and mouthwatering delicacies. It always brings the best of music, lip smacking food and warm hospitality and it is all time favorite hangout destination of the Elite Class
Now let’s come to the final, Third part, The FOOD
A fine meal always starts with a soup and Chicken Coriander Thick Soup came out to be perfect.
Chicken Coriander Thick Soup
The Soup and the Bread Sticks were authentically teamed with 9 delicious dips.
Next up are the Salads, we were offered a nice spread of healthy delights like Cottage Cheese & Pineapple Salad, Chicken Pate Salad but my personal favorites be Mushroom – Broccoli & Lettuce Salad and Chicken Chinese Salad. Because of the fine blend of spices and vegetables.
Cottage Cheese & Pineapple Salad
Now comes the appetizers. Food from around the world was served with exemplary presentation. No matter what your food preference is, there was enough for either Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian. When you try Crispy Lettuce Wrap and Cheese Onion Chili Seek Kebab there will be burst of flavors in your mouth after the first bite and when it comes to non-vegan snacks — Mutton ka Panja, Steam Egg Foi and Goong Phad Kapparo, they were simply irresistible.
By this time we have had so many dishes that we were so full that we had to break for 20 minutes before we continued with the Main Course and Desserts.
The Climax of the 5 hours lunch was finally here — The Main Course and The Desserts with some Ravishing Drinks
The Main Course comprised of Variety of Curries and Naan. Flash Fried Assorted Vegetables with Scallions which was very simple yet will definitely give you a high. Thai Curry never disappoints and Kaeng-Kiew-Wahu Phak was an example of it.
Eating Mutton Bhutti ka Neelgiri, Shaoxing Wine Chicken and Nasi Goreng Istimewa was like eating your way to happiness.
No matter how much you eat, you always have a lil’ bit space for the Desserts and Chocolate Rolls with Vanilla Ice Cream and Coconut Pan Cake were perfect to end a sumptuous lunch. Also to mention, Creamy Pie Mocktail is worth a try.
At the End, Food Bloggers Meet is wonderful way of encouraging food bloggers in Indore and it was my pleasure to be a part of it.
